Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries as deemed necessary without prior notice. Every effort will be made to deliver the tour as detailed; however, alterations may occur due to factors outside our control or unforeseen events.

Dietary Considerations / Allergies
Passengers should advise our team of any dietary considerations or allergies that may need to be addressed at least 7 days prior to the tour departure date. While all efforts are made to accommodate dietary requirements, not all venues can cater for special dietary needs. Please also remind your driver and the venue upon arrival.

Flora and Fauna
We cannot guarantee sightings of wildflowers, animals, or other natural phenomena listed as part of the tour itinerary. All efforts are made to ensure the best possible conditions; however, these are natural occurrences outside our control. No refunds will be given if natural occurrences or sightings are lacking.

Photography
Staff may take photographs during day and extended tours, which can be used in promotional publications, on the website, or in future brochures. If you do not wish for any pictures of yourself to be published, please advise the driver at the the time.

Price Changes
Prices advertised for each tour are subject to change due to increases passed on by suppliers. This is outside of our control. Every effort will be made to keep prices as advertised.

Medical Conditions
Passengers should advise the operator of any medical condition that may affect their journey. No responsibility shall be taken by the operator for such conditions. All staff hold valid senior first aid certification and will provide assistance within the scope of their training where necessary.

Travel Insurance
The operator does not provide personal travel insurance. It is the traveller’s responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance for their trip. While optional, it is strongly recommended that all travellers take out travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

Social Group Booking Terms:
Confirmation of Booking
To secure your preferred dates, we recommend booking in advance by phoning one of our tour coordinators, as dates fill quickly and we don’t want you to miss out.
You will receive written confirmation once all venues have been secured. Please review this document carefully to ensure all details are correct.
Final passenger numbers must be provided at least seven days prior to departure. Once your final numbers are confirmed, you will receive an invoice. We prefer payment before the date of the tour, but payment must be made at the latest on the day of the tour.
Catering, venue arrangements, and vehicle allocation will be organised according to the final numbers provided. For minor changes, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Changes cannot be accepted after this time, and the numbers advised will be the numbers charged on the day. Refunds cannot be provided for passengers who fail to attend.

Number Requirements
Tours listed in our group brochure are based on minimum passenger numbers according to the vehicle size selected, unless otherwise stated.
As a thank-you for your efforts in organising the tour, one complimentary seat will be provided when your group exceeds 35 paying passengers.

Vehicle Sizes
34-seater coach: Minimum 20 passengers
45-seater coach: Minimum 25 passengers

Pick-up Location
Due to the additional time required to reach some locations during peak-hour traffic and roadworks, groups located more than 40 kilometres from the CBD will incur a $5 per person surcharge. Please note that pick-up times may be up to 30 minutes earlier and later than the times listed in the brochure.

Cancellations
When a booking is made, a coach is reserved exclusively for your group, and venues allocate tables or seats based on your reservation. If your group needs to cancel, please provide at least one month’s notice to allow us and our venues time to reallocate your booking. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure will incur a $200 cancellation fee.

Meals and Venues
While every effort is made to select quality venues, we accept no liability for venue service failures or price changes, as we act solely as an agent on your behalf. We continuously strive to partner with venues that meet the expectations of our groups, and your feedback is always appreciated.

Travel Club Booking Terms:
Booking Your Seats
You can reserve your seats online, over the phone, or via email.
We welcome customers to book in advance to secure their preferred dates, as tours can fill quickly. No payment is required to reserve your seat.
Email reminders will be sent to advise when payment is due.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that payment is made by the due date. Any reserved seats not paid for by the due date may be released to passengers on the waiting list. Passengers are also responsible for notifying us if they do not wish to proceed with a tour.

Pick-up Information
Please arrive at the departure location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. If you are not at the departure location on time, we will endeavour to contact you via mobile phone.
Forrestfield – Hartfield Park, Hale Rd (carpark entry near rec centre)
Riverton – Leisureplex Cnr High Road & Riley St
Booragoon – Len Shearer Reserve, Marcus Avenue (carpark near the toilets)
Whitfords – Library / Senior centre, Whitfords Shopping Centre, Marmion Ave
Innaloo – Morris Place Shopping Centre (outside Stirling Theatre)
Perth – Boola Bardip Museum, Tourist Bus Stop on Francis Street (directly opposite of 8 Francis Street)
Mandurah – Dudley Park Bowling Club – Eden Street, Dudley Park
Rockingham – Paul Garnett Oval Car Park – Elanora Drive, Cooloongup

Payment Deadlines
Day Tours: Full payment is due 14 days prior, unless otherwise stated.
Extended Tours: Full payment is due 30 days prior, unless otherwise stated.

Meal Selections
Please advise your meal selections when making your booking.
Meal options are subject to change. At the time of printing, the selections are correct; however, they may change with little notice due to staffing.

Cancellations
As a courtesy, please advise our office as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend. Cancellations after the payment date are at the discretion of our administration.
Refund Policy – Day Tours:
6 to 14 days prior: 70% refund less any money held by third parties. We will endeavour to re-sell your seat; if successful, you will receive a full refund.
1 to 5 days prior: 0% refund. We will endeavour to re-sell your seat; if successful, you will receive a full refund.
Day of departure or during the tour: 0% refund
Refund Policy – Extended Tours:
30 days prior: 100% refund less any money held by third parties
29 to 5 days prior: 70% refund less any money held by third parties. We will endeavour to re-sell your seat; if successful, you will receive a full refund.
5 days or less: No refund

Minimum Numbers
A minimum number of passengers are required to operate a tour. We reserve the right to cancel a tour if minimum numbers are not met. In this case, all payments received for the tour will be refunded in full.
